About Us
Keeping the Arts Alive and Growing in Titusville
For over 30 years, the mission of Titusville Council on the Arts (TCA) has been to stimulate, encourage, expand and support the practice, appreciation and understanding of the arts among all residents. Our goal is to bring high-quality arts programming to Titusville that is accessible and affordable for each and every community member. Throughout the year, we look to grow and expand such programs as Youth Theater, Concerts in the Park, Titusville Folk and Bluegrass Festival, Holiday Concert, Fine Art Exhibit and Chalk Walk, and more.

Titusville Council on the Arts is a majority volunteer organization made up of an Executive Director and ten-member volunteer Board of Directors. Local artist and small business owner Sarah Miller joined us as our Executive Director in 2019.
